SheSha Management Services was founded by Coen Steyn in early 2012 and is a registered training company that is accredited by Merseta for various Skills programs and Soft Skill courses. Our main focus is Occupational Health and Safety. Shesha_MS is a member of SAIOSH (South African Institute for Occupational Health and Safety).
We assist companies in achieving compliance in terms of statutory requirements amongst which is the OHS Act, Environmental Management Act, various Regulations, Department of Labour and other Acts.
We focus on a Safe workplace and provide “One Stop Solutions” to Companies and Employers to implement and maintain a simple SHEQ management system and training for all Employees from Firstaid, Fire Safety, Emergency response to soft skills training.
Our businesses both offer that personal attention to the client & we like being involved in our businesses ourselves, that personal touch, not only by owning the business but also by having a personal hand-in & a hands-on approach to the work we do for our clients not minding going that extra mile & hour for our clients, making our clients feel as if they are our only client when completing the service they have paid us for & thát makes our businesses so unique & exceptional. It takes dedication, perseverance & sacrifice to keep our business growing & going even through a pandemic like Covid-19.
